Ndokwa Talents
Talents development is the major
key to a sustainable Development of a people. It brings the people together in
unity and love.
It is therefore very necessary for
leaders to fund the development of Talents through various programs and from
fund directly given out by the government to maintain peace and development.
A visionary leader with prospect
will always go for the Talents of the people, maximize, promote and utilize them
for economic growth. The development of Talents does not only contribute
financially to the economy but builds peace and unity among the people. It keeps
the Talented engaged.
The reason you see people go into
drugs and other criminal business is because over the years they lack sponsor
to showcase their talents hence they go into various things to make sure their
talents come to light.
Talents is one disturbing thing to
the person who has it. It burns within and leaves one totally depressed when it
cannot be expressed fully. It keeps one in a total state on anarchy and drives
such into inordinate activities capable of ruining the peace and security of
the people.
At a time like this, in
the face of dwindling economy, every well-meaning leader will engage the
Talents for productivity and economic stability. This is not just the
development of Musicians and other forms of Entertainment Talents but the
development of Structural, Social and Moral Talents.
This includes Tailors, Welders, and
Carpenters, Bricklayers, Hair Dressers, Body Builders, Sports and other
activities that one can create a unique presentation.
The truth is when these Talents are
developed, they have major impact on the economy and unity of the people.

I call on the leaders of Ndokwa
nation to make funds available for the development of Talents in Ndokwa Nation.
Ndokwa Talents have come together to chat their way forward and are all ready
to join the peace and security building of Ndokwa Nation.
As a united forum with visions it
is our desire that the Ndokwa Talents be included in the OFN funds and the
SEMEDAN funds meant for the Security of the Ndokwa nation and to also solicit for
the support of all Ndokwa Leaders. We call on the Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly Rt. Hon Otunba Osanebi as he has shown support for Talents development and promised to assist in Talents development to use his good office to include Ndokwa Talents in the OFN funds for Ndokwa Nation. We also call on the Member representing Ndokwa Nation in the Federal House of Representatives Hon. Evang. Ossai N Ossai to include Ndokwa Talents in the SEMEDAN funds meant for Ndokwa people and other related funds.
These funds we are soliciting for is to achieve the under-listed needs of Ndokwa Talents.

We have a lot to do for ourselves
and as such we only request for the funds that will be of interest to everyone
member of Ndokwa Talents and nothing personal. There are certain things we need to put in place to
ease talents development in Ndokwa nation.
1.
STAGE.
There is need for us to construct a very strong and durable large
Performance Stage Set for Ndokwa Talents. This will cut off the cost of hiring
one whenever the forum has any program and will be given out to members who
wants to use it at a very subsidized rate. This way, our stage set could be customized
to our taste to suit the Ndokwa Talents.
2. CANOPY/CHAIRS.
There is need to construct canopies and buy chairs for Ndokwa Talents,
this will also help cut off the cost of hiring when the forum is to organize any
program. It will also help subsidize for members. This will also be hired out
to other non-members at our own customize rate which will serve as another
source of income for the Forum.
3.
INSTRUMENTS.
No organization can thrive without Audio/Video instruments. The Ndokwa
Talents Forum is one that cannot do anything without this very Items. This is
the area were a lot of money is spent to hire a good one and that is what
discourages many people on going out for performance outings.
It is therefore very necessary that Ndokwa acquire these instruments for
better and qualitative productivity. This will also reduce the cost of hiring
good instruments by our Talents and also cut off the cost of hiring whenever
Ndokwa Talents is going for outings.
This will help a lot secure our data and every necessary information needed
for archive and on wards display.
4.
NDOKWA TALENTS RESORT CENTER.
This is like a building and a very large space of land. This resort
center will host all the monthly shows, Concerts, Seminars and Workshops for
Talents development. It will host major schools of Talents and Cultural
exhibitions.
This is to be built in all the headquarters of the L.G.A’s of Ndokwa
Nation.

Above is the estimated needs of
Ndokwa talents to succeed and these things could be done one after the other. The
cost of it all is high but with help and combined efforts, this will be
achievable. This is the reason we are appealing that Ndokwa talents be included
in any Funds meant for the development of the people. Ndokwa talents have over
One thousand people as members and have been able to gather over four hundred
Talents in our Programs. These people are ready to make their contributions so
it will be of necessity to fund this ideology.
This I write for myself and on
behalf of all members of Ndokwa Talents, Ndokwa is our own and it is the only
place we could call our own.
