RT HON FRIDAY OSANEBI SPEECH DURING THE MEGA CONCERT

This is the speech made by the Deputy Speaker of the Delta State house of Assembly Rt. Hon Comr. Friday Otunba Osanebi during the Ndokwa Talents Mega Concert at Eke Square, Kwale Ndokwa West LGA of Delta State Nigeria.

According to the Deputy Speaker, he will personally sponsor and fund another Mega Concert by december being satisfied with the present Mega Concert.
