The President of Ndokwa Talents while responding to news
media organization Voice of Ndokwa have cleverly defended the project Ndokwa
Talents Day Celebration and equally set the records straight about what Ndokwa
Talents is all about.

VoN: What is Ndokwa Talents?
.
Comrd Prince: Ndokwa Talents is a non-political or religious
organization designed for the development of all forms of Talents since 2012.
It belongs to the three LGA of Ndokwa Nation.

VoN: What is the essence of this organization?
.
Comrd Prince: You will agree with me that Talents all over
the world play a major role in national unity and progress but this very aspect
of life is not really giving that attention that it deserves and this
contributes largely to why nations loose Talents that would have solved many
economic, political and social problems. I understood that for the needed
attention, Talents needs to be organized first and then their strength could be
felt and they gain relevance and accorded same respect. So the essence of this
organization is to create the awareness of Talents development and Placements
in the scheme of affairs of our nation.

VoN: How do you hope to run such organization in terms of
funding to achieve these aims?
.
Comrd Prince: Well for now, the organization depends on free
will donations to carry out some of her activities but we hope to generate
money with our Talents when we are booked for events and other activities. We
could also fund the organization when we have most of the instruments and
mobilizations, these things will be hired out and that will generate funds to
the organization. We equally hope to create avenues of creating funds.

VoN: What is this Ndokwa Talents Day Celebration all about?

Comrd Prince: like I said before, Talents are not giving
that needed and deserved attention and because of this the organization was
established to bring Talents to the picture. In doing this, there is need for a
memorial Event that will be a stand to gain the needed attention and because of
this the Ndokwa Talents Day Celebration was founded in 2016 were it was done at
Eke Square Kwale for Ndokwa West LGA.

VoN. Of What Impact is the Ndokwa Talents Day?

Comrd Prince: There is much gain in coming together. The
celebration affords talents of Ndokwa the opportunity to be together coming
from different background. One important thing to note is that the Day also
brings leaders and Talents together and this create the enabling environment
for attention that the Talents deserves and demands.

VoN: What is the Idea of the Ndokwa Talents Day Celebration?
.
Comrd Prince Kay: The truth is that a platform is needed to
harness these Talents and setting up the stage for their exhibitions is a major
tool in encouraging and breeding Talents. The Idea of this day is to set a kind
of notice to all living things that Talents exist and deserves cum demand to be
respected and recognized. Because of this we carefully adopted every 28th
May to be the TALENTS DAY. This will further create the awareness of Talents
development and it will preserve a lot of the Ndokwa Culture.

VoN: What Activities are expected on this Talents Day?
.
Comrd Prince Kay: At the full running of the Ndokwa Talents,
were major requirements have been met, the activities of the Ndokwa Talents Day
could be named Talents Exhibition for short. Yes because every form of Talents
available in Ndokwa Nation is invited and expected to show up. Because this is
the third edition which will hold at Ashaka it is going to be much bigger and
better from the previous editions. Because of numerous expectations the time
for the Event proper has been slatted to hold form 11am.
It is also expected that on this day every lover of Talents
should give Talents gifts and encourage them for what they are doing with their
Talents.

VoN: How then do you hope to finance this Talents Day
Celebration
.
Comrd Prince Kay: I have told you that for now the
organization depends on donation for everything we do because we have not grown
to the stage were we are generating funds. Huge sum of money is involved in
this so it depends largely on donations to make sure that the Talents Day
Celebration holds each year.

VoN: What are the procedures for this Talents Day
Celebration.
.
Comrd Prince Kay: It is done once in a LGA and it is shifted
to another LGA of Ndokwa. The First edition was at Eke Square, Kwale for Ndokwa
West in 2016. By the Second edition it was held at Obiaruku for Ukwuani LGA in
2017 and this third edition have been booked to hold at Ashaka for Ndokwa East
LGA in 2018.
One important thing to note is that the celebration event
will take somany years before it could come back to a particular community. For
Example, 2019 Talents Day Celebration will hold in Ndokwa West but the
unfortunate thing is that it will not hold in Kwale but will go to another town
in Ndokwa West. We must make sure that it goes round the entire Ndokwa. Those
who have it at their community should make full use of it.

VoN: What are your plans for the 3rd edition?
.
We are inviting all leaders and people of Ndokwa to the
Ndokwa Talents Day Celebration holding at Ashaka. We are concentrating on
Talents from and that are in Ndokwa Nation so we intend to exhibit the Talents
and rich cultural heritages of Ndokwa Nation. We intend to also talk on the
issues that are affecting Talents development in Ndokwa Nation pointing out
right directions to resolve such.
VoN: What do these Talents stands to gain from this Day
Celebration?

Comrd Prince Kay: They gain the entire day, They gain relevance
and attention depending on their performances and packaging. They also gain
cash gifts from fans and spectators who are available.

VoN: What happens to the Ndokwa Talents Organization?
.
Comrd Prince Kay: On that day, a leader or somebody could
get up and announce to buy a bus for the organization to ease transportation,
somebody could buy the instruments and equipment the organization needs to
function and somebody could also donate some amount of money for the running of
the organization.

VoN: Having done the 1st and 2nd
edition, How do you see the response of the Ndokwa Leaders?
.
Comrd Prince Kay: The truth is that our leaders are yet to
adopt the organization as a responsibility. The organization which is one of
the biggest and populated forum seeking support and attention have not gotten
the deserved and demanded attention. We have very few leaders who would support
us in our activities but it becomes burdensome when only few are supporting.
The organization of Ndokwa Talents is a good idea that needs proper servicing
and that is what the organization have been lacking since creation in 2012.

Comrd Prince Kay Enuenwosu: Take the development of Talents
seriously, Talents without being structured is a waste and virus to the
society. We have to bring them out in the street. There are a lot of Talents
being wasted on a daily basis because they lack proper harnessing and
sponsorship. Join us build Talents in Ndokwa Nation.
